These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ResetNew website at resetnew.com and any purchase you make from ResetNew LLC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Shipping & risk: Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass according to the carrier’s delivery terms after we hand off the package.

Accounts & acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property: Site content, branding, and product imagery are owned by ResetNew LLC or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResetNew LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
